Downloading Files from NeoSoft Corp.

Evaluation copies of NeoSoft Corp. products and other files are available for download from this site. To download an application or file, simply click one of the highlighted download links found throughout this site. This will instruct your browser to transfer the selected file from our site onto your hard drive. After the file is transferred to your computer, you will need to use a special utility (such as PKUNZIP.EXE for DOS or PKZIP for Windows from PKWARE) to decompress the file. Most files that you will download from the Internet (including ours) will be compressed in ZIP format. This reduces the size of the files so that they download more quickly. After decompressing, if the file you have downloaded is an application, simply run the decompressed installation program (INSTALL.EXE or SETUP.EXE, depending on whether the program is DOS or Windows-based) and you'll be ready to go.

If you have a slower modem or if internet traffic is particularly busy, it may take some time to transfer files to your system. If you are trying to download at a high traffic time, you might want to consider trying at a different time of day or night. If you just have a slower modem or internet connection, now might be a good time to settle down with a good book and a bowl of popcorn.
