As far as I remember No.

NeoBook for windows is a 32 bit application.

If I wan't use neobook in a 16 bits I only can use DOS version?

We never created a 16-bit version of NeoBook for Windows 3.1. NeoBook versions 1 and 2 were for DOS and version 3 was for 32-bit Windows. If you need something for Windows 3.1, you'll need to use the DOS version or convince your client to upgrade to 32-bit Windows.

Neobook 3 and 4 is denvoloped undel Delphi... How did you make NB for DOS?
