[SOLVED] Google Maps or Bing Maps plugin anymore ?

Postby bingo » Thu Dec 10, 2015 3:13 pm

Hello,
Sorry for the question but I have to find a way to insert a map inside an app. I searched the forum and the URL about some plugins are not valid anymore.
Perhaps I have missed the newest urls ?
Thanks a lot

Why don't you just embed Google Maps into WebBrowser?
https://developers.google.com/maps/docu ... mbed/start
p.s: don't forget to obtain developer key

Hello Tony,
I have hoped to be able to add and manage markers simply. But thanks a lot for the link, it would probably be the best solution.

It's pretty straightforward:
Use q parameter to add a marker - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1041 ... ith-marker
Google Maps Embed is free of charge.
But if you need to manage a lot of markers or change them on-the-fly, then you may consider building and maintaining your map using Javascript API (and it's not totally free, check pricing):
Free until exceeding 25,000 map loads per day for 90 consecutive days
