Hi,

It depends on ...

- how many timers

- Only two
- the timer intervals
- 1000 milleseconds
- the amount of processing at each interval
Compare the current time with some variables and display a message when it matches.
It is an application to manage two alarms

I just put 10 timers on a pub, 5 set to 1 minute and 5 set to 1 second and got no overhead whatsoever...

As shown by stu ... there would be no noticeable impact on the performance of the computer.
