All other versions of Windows and IE work. We're trying to determine whether or not this is a bug in Windows 10/IE that will be fixed before the final release of Windows 10. If this isn't fixed it will impact many software applications, not just NeoBook. If Microsoft decides to leave this bug/feature? in Win10 then we'll have to find our own solution, which I'm sure we can.

Maybe it's a bug of IE installation. This message may indicate the Internet Explorer version registry keys are corrupt.
Ask user to check "Build" and "Version" registry keys here - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer (or reinstall / update IE completely)

It doesn't seems to me as neobook related bug. I've seen this couple times on different user machines but never could reproduce it on my own one.

p.s: re-registering ie libraries (only ones which needs to be registered) with regsvr32.exe also may help
