HTML5 and WebGL technologies with NeoBook ?

Postby UltraVox » Thu May 21, 2015 7:36 am

Hello everyone,

I wonder if NeoBook is compatible with WebGL ?

As some of you know, I am continuing my development in the field of 3D games. There are many HTML5 and WebGL 3D Engine. These 3D engines are powerful and interesting for me. Before delving into this subject, I need to know your opinion on this issue whether NeoBook can work with HTML5 and WebGL 3D engine technologies.

I prepared a small list of open-source 3D engines.
My intention is to create a 3D editor (SDK) using NeoBook to create the user interface. But NeoBook he would be able to "control" a HTML5 / WebGL 3D engine ?

https://github.com/playcanvas/engine
http://www.webgl-game-engines.com
(There are many other...)

Thank you for your help.

I haven't used WebGL, but I think our new NeoAppBuilder product would be a much better potential platform for WebGL since it's intended for creating HTML5/web apps.

Thank you a lot!
I will study it carefully.

I see that the French language is available, but the translations are very bad.
As in the past, I offer my voluntary contribution. A tiny building block...

Sorry for the poor quality. The initial translation was done by software, but hopefully it can be used as a starting point. If you want to help that would be great! NeoAppBuilder includes a language editor which you can launch from the Preferences screen.
