flash fscommand to neobook question

Postby yanzco » Tue Jul 29, 2014 8:33 am

created a button in flash.
Code: Select all
button_1.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, fl_MouseClickHandler);

function fl_MouseClickHandler(event:MouseEvent):void
{
fscommand("NeoBook", "GotoNextPage");
}

this code works for "go next page"

but how do i put in
GotoPage "Inventory"

do i
fscommand("NeoBook", "GotoPage "Inventory"");

how do i work with the
quotes "" of inventory and the actual fscommand quotes together ???

From the neobook help file:

Code: Select all
on (release) {fscommand ("NeoBook", "AlertBox \"A Message From NeoBook!\" \"Hello there,|This is an Alert box From NeoBook.\"");}

@HPW
somehow, that line of code, doesnt work with flash pro cs6...
it shows some syntax error..

but

for the quotations of GoToPage "4"
works with this code.

Code: Select all
fscommand("NeoBook", "GotoPage \"4\"");

thanks Gaev !

my flash button now works and changes to a specific neobook page
Code: Select all
button_1.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, fl_MouseClickHandler);

function fl_MouseClickHandler(event:MouseEvent):void
{
fscommand("NeoBook", "GotoPage \"page4\"");
}
