About using MoveObjectAlongPath

Postby carlos torres » Tue Dec 11, 2012 2:51 pm

Dear Sirs

It is possible to use variables within MoveObjectAlongPath instead of the long string of coordenates?

Code: Select all
MoveObjectAlongPath "MovingPoint" "8,460,92,422,169,404,261,396,356,399,459,413,526,431,583,458" "34" "Normal+LeftTop" ""

If you try to plot the parabolic trajectory you will need a very long string. Is possible to do something like this
Code: Select all
 MoveObjectAlongPath "MovingPoint" "[xPosition],[yPosition]" "34" "Normal+LeftTop" ""

and move the object programatically at real time ?

Regards

You can use variables with MoveObjectAlongPath, but changing the contents of the variable while the object is moving will have no effect.
