Plugin idea...

Just a suggestion for any of you plugin developers.

Being able to search for one image inside another would be really handy. So you would specify main image, the image that you looking for inside it and if it was found it would return the co-ordinates it was found at.

There are libraries and things for various languages that can do this, would be cool to have it in neobook.

Hello,

Not appear a common or more or less "simple" task at least to me and my knowledge. Do you can put here some links to the resources you found? I try searching for some Delphi stuff and apparently is not to much results out there: in fact no one that allow me to understand the trick and think on a possible implementation.

Hello,

You may have a look at hpwImageFind(2007) from hpwImage.
Works best with smaller bitmaps, because this is not a simple task.
Have a look at page 5 of the sample pub.
Note: This checks for a exact pixel-match, it is not a image analysis for finding similar images.
So usefull for graphical content and not photos.

Regards
