I don't understand ... something is being lost in translation ... perhaps you can elaborate e.g. ...

1) your database has 3 registrants (records) ...

pierre@abc.com
marie@xyz.com
henry@pqr.com

2) do you want to send one email to each registrant ? ... or just one email to multiple to:/cc: addresses ?

3) what do you want the subject and message to be ? ... same for all registrants ? ... or customised with fields in the records ?

Hello Gaev

Send each person an invoice inscriste mail instead of print.
Press a button and those who filled the email address receive this invoice.

Sorry for the translation

thank you

Pilou:

1) First thing you should make sure is that the SendMail command works for you ... some people had reported problems using this feature within their environment.

2) Assuming this works ... your strategy would be to ...

a) have a 'template' of the message you would send to each recipient

b) do a dbpQuery command to filter the records that need to have an email

c) loop through them ... see ...

- dbpFirst to position at first matching record
- Loop (use [ID.Table.$RecCount] as your 'stop value')
- using StrReplace, compose your custom message by replacing 'special tags' (like $$FirstName$$') in your Template with field values in the current record
- SendMail using custom composed message
- dbpNext to advance to next matching record
- EndLoop

If you need further explanation in a specific area, post your request here.
