Hu,

Is there a way to hide or disable the minimize button of the window?

Thanks

Hi Alex,

Take a look at the Menu -> Book -> Book Properties -> Window. On this page no the "Title bar" checkbox, and bellow the "System menu", "Close button" "Maximize button" and "Minimize button". You can check or uncheck this options to obtain your desired result.

P.S. If you need that the minimize button are visible, but disabled, then "Title bar", "System menu" and "Maximize button" need to be checked. Of course you can uncheck this, but then the minimize button simply did not appear visible.

Hi Dec,

Thanks but, does it work when my pub is running? I want to be able to disable it when I run the pub.

I mean, I want a button to disable/enable it. Maybe a plugin?

Thanks

Hi Alex

you can make a custom button for minimize, for doing this create a button and in its left click actions, enter this code:

Code: Select all
SetVar "[WindowState]" "Minimized"

Now you can use two other buttons or menu items to disable or enable the minimize button, think the name of that button is "Minimize", then you can disable it with the following code:

Code: Select all
DisableObject "Minimize"

Or enable it with:
Code: Select all
EnableObject "Minimize"

hope it helps

Hi,

Thanks but this doesn't help because I have a Menu tool and I can't deactivate the main window form.

Maybe a plugin can help me?

Thanks
