Is there a plugin that can add audio into an avi file?

Has anyone got a plugin that can add an audio track to an avi video file?

Having searched through all the plugins I am pretty sure there isn't. I have checked out a few command line tools that I might be able to call from my Neobook project but this is a messy way to approach a project.

So my next question... any plugin authors able to do something that would achieve this? If so give me a price!

Hi Andy,

Just to say that yesterday I expend several time in order to look for a solution. I found the appropiate Windows API functions, but, with no experience with this, at least, this appear to be some ugly and difficult (of course to me). I can't promise nothing, but I continue searching for a possible solution. However I think we can have problems, for example, if the AVI files have or not certain capabilities, and the same issue for differents WAV files. It's all that I can say at this moment.

P.S. Maybe another mate can offer one solution. If this is the case, don't worry for my efforts, go ahead and provide here a possible solution to Andy.

Thanks for looking into it David.

I have now found a solution. I am having a piece of custom code done by a outsourcer that I can invoke from within my publication and it will run invisibly in the background and change the audio on the avi. :)

VWorker is great for little tasks like that, got the whole project done for under $100 have already had a demo and the finished work should be with me before the end of the weekend - thats pretty amazing!
