What normally happens when you make changes to an object is that Windows sends that object a message telling it that it needs to redraw itself. If the object in question is behind something else, Windows doesn't bother sending it a redraw message. That's why your scrollbar isn't redrawing. Unfortunately, Windows doesn't understand the difference between a transparent object and a solid one so I'm not sure there is anything we can do about that.

By the way, I would like to know if you have time set for the updates (Example: every month, 3 months, 6 months, finally).


We release periodic maintenance updates throughout the year. There is no set in stone update schedule. It depends on a number of factors such as bug reports, available resources, tech support load, etc.
