Update to Editor's Toolbox

Postby eddy current » Wed Aug 25, 2010 11:37 am

Hello there,

I make great use of text and provide note-taking capabilities in my NB applications for higher ed. I've been using Editor's Toolbox, but feel that this add-in is starting to look its age. It's too bad that this plug-in isn't updated regularly -- I know that I would be willing to pay for it.

Might I suggest:
1. The next version of NeoBook should incorporate an updated and built-in version of the Editor's Toolbox functionality.
2. Or,... add the ability to use an HTML editor, such as CKEditor (http://ckeditor.com/) or TinyMCE (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/)

Anyone else tried to use an HTML editor in a NeoBook application?

Thanks,
Glen

I should mention that David has produced the NeoHTML editor, but I would like to see a NeoSoftware solution for text editing.

This internal Text Editor Component in Neobook would be great.
