Hostspot cursor by default (like Windows)

Postby sombra » Mon Jul 19, 2010 8:56 am

Hello,
Is there a way for set the hotspot cursor like in Windows theme?
If it is not possible... Could be considered add such option in "book properties" > "general"?

I know that it is possible customize the the hotspot cursor, but I would like to set the default cursor defined in Windows theme (independently of the Windows version)

For example. the hotspot cursor look different in Windows 98, Windows XP (arrow with shadow) and Windows Vista/7.
I can read English, but... I write like Tarzan. (sorry)

The default cursors will do this automatically, but there is currently no way to change custom cursors based on the Windows version. I think the number of working Windows 95/98 PCs continues to shrink, so it won't be as much of an issue in the future. However, I will add this suggestion to the list.

Hello,
The default cursors will do this automatically,

Ah I see,
Maybe an option for set the hotspot cursor like the default main cursor could be welcome.

Let me explain me: When the cursor is over a button, combobox, etc. currently in neobook the cursor is changed by a "hand" while that in other default Windows applications (in general) the cursor is remained like the default cursor (arrow). IMHO, I think that the cursor hotspot by default in neobook (the hand) should be used only for web objects like text links for example.

That's an interesting idea. I will add it to the list.
