Clock

Postby Issam » Fri Jun 02, 2006 12:43 am

Dear members

My needs to day is an analog clock where I can add my own drawings
on it in neobook. Is there a command like this anywhere?
analog "bgd" "hour" "minute" "second"
can we make one like that?

About the Digital Clock I have some questions:

> a_why in some fonts the [Time] stretch in 01 and squash in 04?
> b_why in some fonts the [Time] the (Second) digit Skip once or twos?
> c_can I have global variables for [Time]?
> d_how can I insert a bitmap fonts in [Time]?
> e_how can I make a semi-colon blink in [Time]?

I hope to hear from you very soon because I have a more interesting questions for you.

Thanks
Issam

To my knowledge there is no NB based native analog clock!

Or do you mean a plugin based clock?
(For example tmClock - Then you have to contact the publisher)

Or do you mean the neobook timer object?

Dear HPW

I will contact tmClock as you suggest, but please do you have any ideas
about the questions that I posed earlier concerning the digital clock?

Thanks

Is this also from tmClock? (Then ask Alberto)

See the help-file for Predefined Global Variables: [time],[time24] etc.

Dear HPW
I have already tmClock trial version but I Couldn't run it without help
file.
I can't Inter the tmTech websit because their page is not active!
Where can I meet Alberto? can you give me his link?
I used Predefined Global Variables as [Time],[Time24] successfully the
other variables as [Hour],[Minute],[Second] are items of [Time24]. What
I need is the items of [Time].

Thanks

Try:

http://www.techmediasoftware.com/

Only [hour] is your problem.

So make a timer object with 60000 ms (Minute?) and this code

Code: Select all
If "[Hour]" ">" "12"
  Setvar "[MyHour12]" "[hour]-12"
Else
  Setvar "[MyHour12]" "[hour]"
Endif

By the way: The KnowLedgeBase-Forum is not intended for Questions, use better 'General NeoBook Discussions'.

KnowLedgeBase is more for usable code-snippets and hints.
