Hi,

I'm starting to use the hpwSqlite plug-in and like it alot.

I would like to use it to generate reports. Is there an ODBC connection to it. ?

I would like to use it in a report writer that acceps odbc connections.

Also, I noticed sqlite v3 is out and I think that the plug-in is still on v2.8

Thanks
Steven

I have not used it and can not tell anything about it.

I know, but the interface is quit different between the versions.
I had not found time to get deeper into it. It would need a different version of the plugin (something like hpwSqlite3)

I found the page for SQLite Database Browser Version 1.1 but no download information or link on it. How can I get this program?

Programmers don't die, they just GOSUB without RETURN.

Surf to the project page or directly here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlitebrowser/

Note that current version is for SQLite 3.X!

Thank you! I got it now. As it is for SQLite 3.X - can I use it for databases in Neobook with your plugin?

No, but click on the site on 'View all project files' and get V1.1 to have 2.X compatibility.

Look what you are getting from HWP at no cost!

Here is another company offering basically the same as HPW's plugin as a development tool at the cost of $180 per developer license:

http://www.eztools-software.com/tools/s ... efault.asp

Thanks for making this available to people HPW. I think with PHP5 including it in their distribution it will only become more popular.

David P.

BTW this company eztools-software.com also offes a "webserver in a dll" product that allows you to use a portable protocol (hsp://) with ASP files and distribute websites in a compressed/encrypted file (like Alberto's tmstorage). It is not actually a public webserver, but allows you to talk to the user's computer using the hsp:// protocol. I am not the ASP programmer I would like to be but I can certainly see points of interest in that product and using it with NB
