Pie chart - How to calculate a pie chart?

Postby cp4w » Sun Aug 15, 2004 8:02 pm

I'd like to be able to enter data (amount of money invested in stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.) and have these values converted to percentage of total amount invested and then shown in the "slices" of a pie chart. Any suggestions how to go about this--or is it outside the scope of NB? Thanks

Hi Coleman,

Pie charts themselves would be difficult in NeoBook without a plug-in. While I don't know of a charting plug-in for NeoBook, the free GFX plug-in (link) is a general purpose graphics package that might serve your need. GFX does not provide tools such as 'DrawPieChart', but it has all the low-level capability to roll your own.
