Can anyone recommend a SAFE freeware Hex Editor?

Postby Enigman » Wed Jun 18, 2014 10:06 am

I need to test database and EXE file security by looking for readable text in the EXE or database.

Can anyone recommend a SAFE freeware Hex Editor?

Thanks.

Thanks.
