Hi oister,

Wellcome to NeoBook Forum.

I don't think you can work with a Filemaker database using NeoBook.

The only possibility is to convert this database to dbase format (Filemaker can do this) and late create a NeoBook publication to deal with your database.

HTH,

Beno

Hi Oister,

FileMaker actually has own format  (fpx) where x mean version - fp7 is FileMaker 7 file.
Of course, You can use ODBC and connect to any database file  :D

From Neobook You can make a wrapper for FileMaker functions, but access to FileMaker forms and reports is little bit tricky.

Anyway, a lot of things You can make via FileMaker script language  :D

Best regards

P.S. Sorry about my english  :D

Hi everybody

Thanks for the infos; I have some problems to convert few Filemaker files, in DB Format, because some fields have more than 255 characters (let's say more less 1500-2000 chars...!)

I'll try to "play" with FM Pro script...

Thank

Can you convert such fields to dBase's Memo fields ?
