A full-pub editor

Hi,

sometimes we have to change-replace something in the full-pub. Presently we need to open and close, say, for each button, in each page, the editor window to change things manually.

It should be great to access in "Edit" (and a tool-bar button) an editor window which open the global pub file (what can be done, presently with an external editor as Wordpad). This full-editor could have a multi-line replace fonction. It is very usefull and not common in most editors. I know it is the case in a very old HTML editor, Arachnophilia, and it is sometimes very usefull to replace, say, two or three script lines by other modified lines in one click! (Unfortunately Arachnophilia as most of other editors cannot be used to edit a NB pub because it doesn't respect the end-line characters or something like that, it makes a non valid pub...

best

Yes. That would be nice to have.

Note that if you edit a pub in an external editor, it should be an ascii text editor, like Notepad. Wordpad IS NOT a raw text editor. It is a word processor, and it leaves hidden formatting that will break the pub.

Popular raw text editors are Notetab Pro, UltraEdit and others.

I have edited my neobook-tools menu, so I have a tool which starts my editor 'UltraEdit' with the current pub-source.

Title: UltraEdit PUB
Program: C:\Programme\UltraEdit\uedit32.exe
Parameters: "%f"

So this wish would have lower priority for me, I would prefer other wishes of the long wish list!
