Optional LogFile for variables and non-exclusive logfile

OK, then how about an alternative:

Under Run-Options we have the:
Keep a log of executed actions in the file below:

You add a second log-file option:
Keep a log of current variables in the file below:

This file is always rewritten when a OnChange-Event of the variable-list in the debugger window occur.

Also make the current actions-logfile non-blocking.
I can not open it with an editor when neobook is running with logging.
So open and close it properly for each appending.

For filenames you could use a different postfix to the pubname:
MyPubName.log (As before to keep compatibility)
MyPubName_var.log

In the pub-source:
LogFileVar=C:\NeoBook5\MyPubName_var.log
DebugLogVar=Yes

With a good editor which scans for file-changes I would be able to monitor the ongoing code-execution independently.
