Combobox does not look disabled

Postby HPW » Sun Aug 12, 2007 4:35 am

The combobox object does not look diabled in designtime like the standard delphi combobox when set Enabled=False.
The same is true for 'DisableObject comboboxname' action on runtime.
A disabled combobox has a grayed-out down-arrow on it's button etc.!

For now I fill the combobox with a different color to show the disabled state, but this is not fully OS-compliant.

Edit: On XP Luna it is even more different since the button changes it color from blue to light-grey (of course theme-aware)

Can you consider to fix this in a minor bug-fix release and not in the next major release, so we get this bugfix sooner?

On Luna it looks irritating with the blue none-active button.
