Alias names for plugins

Based on the discussion here:

an idea of providing a enhancment for plugin-naming:

I had post about the possibility to rename plugins. But this is not very usefull when I want different names between different projects. Then I had to make this before each compile.

On the other side we have the option to compile the plugins and they get their unique temp-filename.

So a new option could allow:

Define a alias-name for each used plugin on project-basis.
MyNbApp.exe (option: compile only files that do not need to be extracted)

Under book properties a new section 'Plugins' with a table:

When I now compile with the option 'Copy external files to this folder' all used plugins should be copied there using their alias-name and the compiled EXE should use the alias-name for loading.

For compiling plugins inside the app, everything should stay with the current temp-filename-generating.

This would allow to keep things together and to avoid the load-time problem. Also version conflict are avoided, because each app came with his set of plugin-versions.
