Neobook as a "wrapper" for NeoAppBuilder

Postby fkapnist » Thu May 12, 2016 4:13 pm

I don't know how difficult it would be to implement, but could you use NeoBook as a "wrapper" for NeoAppBuilder? In other words, if you need to create JavaScript or custom style sheets for your NeoBook program, you can toggle to NeoAppBuilder to produce the required code and toggle back to paste it right into your NeoBook function! Maybe a plugin might be feasible...

:P

That would be NeoBook Ultimate

That's an interesting idea. I'm not sure it's something that is needed often enough to justify the time required to make it work.

I totally love this idea.

While it seems (to me), that Neosoftware is moving away from NeoBook, I wish they'd move full steam ahead with continued development.

* The desktop app world is not over. :)

I already use it as a "wrapper" (read: interface) to run other apps, neobook apps, etc.

I'd love more (up to date with the times) Interface elements.

And other programmatic features found a basic programming language, for easier parsing, etc.

I'm willing to pay. :)

Wish list:

1. A compiler to speed up compiled exe. (Heck we had one of those back in the day with my Atari 800.) :)

My opinion is that people will return to Windows PC as their Master Applications (made by Neobook) and the hand held mobile device apps (made by NeoAppBuilder) will remote control the Master Applications (via Bluetooth, etc.)...
