I'm playing with NeoAppbuilder for some time, and now need help - maybe I'm just stupid

So, how can I make something like this:

1. Creating button
2. Press button and display calendar
3. Pick date and enter some text on apropriate date and save it
4. Load (if necessary) saved data

Please, don't judge me, I try many different things without success.
Also, please note that I don't have absolutely any knowledge about JS/HTML5...

So, any help, tip etc..will be more than welcome:-)

Regards !

There currently isn't an easy way to display a calendar, and saving data is much more complicated and cumbersome than with a desktop app. So you're not dumb.

Thank You Dave:-)

Do You planned to put calendar as option in future version of NeoAppBuilder ?
And, I thought the files can be saved locally, on SD card etc...or I'm wrong ?

Best regards !

dglojnar:

You might consider incorporating this jQuery Plugin ... http://fullcalendar.io/ .. into your App.

Looks like the data is maintained in the Event Object in JSON format ... so you might be able to load/store it (locally or posted to a server side script) using other facilities.

Possibly. HTML5 has a date input, but not all browsers support it yet.

Currently, you can use NAB's browser storage actions. Saving to a file is more complicated because of the operating systems we have to work with, but it's coming eventually,
