I'm not sure how the "Autofit content to device height or width" will work. Right now i usually get strange results.
Nowadays responsive design is a common and standarized solution to fit any screen resolution from one design, although a bit tricky, Bootstrap framework should help, as it is designed with responsive design in mind.
Would it be possible to use this approach on NeoAppBuilder?. I have some doubts due to the absolute positioning of elements on the screen.

Some interesting information regarding responsiveness on BootStrap:

The auto-size options can work when the changes in screen resolution are relatively minor - between different phones, for example. However, currently it's very difficult to design an app that looks good in both portrait and landscape modes. (Hopefully, this will change in the future.)

Responsive design could be an interesting option, but it can be very complicated to implement. Usually, websites that try work well on both mobile and desktop end up being a disappointment on both. Finding a way to simplify the responsive design concept and make it usable from within a user interface like NeoAppBuilder would be a challenge, but might be worth doing. I'll have to give it some thought.
