Hello Dave,

I tested tonight opensource free bugtracking system, WebIssues web:
It offers an PHP - MySQL server part, a web based client and even an Windows client. The bug-tracker is simple to install and the usage is even-so simple.

If WebIssues would be the choice... I offer kindly to support with installation etc if needed, give me a PM.

Best regards,

WebIssues looks interesting. Do you think it would be better than Mantis?

WebIssues looks like is has a more polished interface.

We use Mantis for a long time, but I'm not really satisfied with it. I already looked around sometime for a replacement, and found a while ago WebIssues, but I didn't had til now time to give it a try.
Now on the moment I'm playing around with it and I only can say it looks great, I love the Windows client who syncs with the web server. These guys did some nice work.
Also the web client is very simple to modify to give a Neo look to it..... :D

I think that I also will propose our team to make the change from Mantis to WebIssues, importing our records should not be a big problem...

A bug tracking system (using webissues) for NeoAppBuilder is now available below:

We'll give this a try. It may prove easier to track and provide feedback for bugs and feature requests than this forum.

Of course, we'll still use this forum for support questions and more complicated discussions.
