Oops, I had not checked that Leif has the progressbar yet. I do not want to make redundant plugin functions and take away customer from Leif's plugin. Since we have make it a little different, it seems okay for the one function.

Just released hpwUtility 1.03.

Action: hpwProgressBarSetColor to set color of the bar.

Tip: Scaling the bar is possible by tuning the borderwidth.

I did it not get to work to set the color for the background.

I have updated only the sample pub for 1.03 with a sort of emulating a multicolor progressbar.(4 Progressbars one after another).

And for those who want to do a absolute flexible progressbar you take hpwImage and make a small image and draw what you like and in what color you like and in a timeline you like. You can make stars for the progress.

Hans,

I am so busy with others things and don't have too much time to work with yourplug-in, but I have looked at it.

Thanks for sharing it with me/us.

I can't wait until I get some other things finished so I can work on some more NeoBook projects.

I 1.06 I forget to pack a file "Test.rtf".
You can simple make it with the neobook article editor.
It just contains "[TESTVAR]".

Just upload a zip with the missing file.

Just released hpwUtility 1.07.

Action: hpwRtfToBitmap convert a RTF-Stream to a Bitmap-File.
Action: hpwZlibCompressString to compress a String-Variable into another String-Variable.
Action: hpwZlibDeCompressString to decompress a String-Variable into another String-Variable.
Action: hpwZlibCompressFile to compress one File with ZLIB.
Action: hpwZlibDeCompressFile to decompress one File with ZLIB.

Now it's a way back from an RTF stored in a DB-memo-field to the original bitmap. An because the room is limited you can ZLIB your RTF to get it in a limited memo-filed.

A few numbers about compression:
Testrtf.bmp 30758 Bytes (binary)
Testrtf.png 693 Bytes (binary)
Testrtf ZLIB/MIME 976 Bytes (text)
