What is the difference between this two, I check the documentation but its still unclear which one should I use for a particular scenario in which one application (client) when executed within a network will send a "[UserName] logged in at [Shorttime]" to the server... sort of a log...

Hello,

The intented use of the npMsgs plugin is to communicate two applicatiosn which runs in the same machine. I think can work also in network machines, but to be honest I am not tested it, just read here in the forum (if I am not wrong) this works too. The intended use of npTalk plugin is to communicate two applications across TCP/IP, that, its, no neccesary running in the same machine or network.
