MountDisc Plug-In - create virtual drives of ISO & IMG

Postby Ndzn » Tue Apr 24, 2012 9:09 pm

Image NeoDezign MountDisc

MountDisc will create virtual drives of ISO or IMG files.

Create up to 4 drives that look and operate like physical CDs or DVDs. These virutal drives are loaded by mounting an ISO or IMG image file of a CD or DVD. A new drive will appear in My Computer ready for use just as if the actual disc was loaded. Mount installation CDs, watch movie DVDs, basically just about anything you can do with a real disc.

Simple commands that install the service, query the status of the service, check for available drives, and Mount & Dismount!

All tracking of Device IDs and corresponding Mounted Drive Letters are handled automatically -- no need to write code for it. The same ID > Drive letter table information is provided for you in variables.

MountDisc Commands

ndznMountDisc_AvailableDrives
Returns a list of all available drive letters. Results stored in [AvailableDrives] and [FirstAvailableDrive]

ndznMountDisc_Query
Query the state of the MountDisc Service.

ndznMountDisc_Install
Install MountDisc Service

ndznMountDisc_Uninstall
Uninstall the MountDisc Service

ndznMountDisc_Mount
Mount an ISO or IMG file as the specified Drive Letter

ndznMountDisc_Dismount
Dismount a mounted drive

Probably a permissions thing or a virtual file system issue.

But if you email me directly with details, I'll be glad to help.
Always email me directly. I don't hangout at NeoSoft's support board. Email is faster.
