Speak

Postby Alex » Thu Feb 16, 2012 6:40 am

Hi,

I am looking for a good speak plugin working on XP, Vista and 7. I use French TTS.

I tried:
NzSpeak: Doesn't work on 7.
ndznSpeak: Not supported anymore and no Pause/Resume options.
TmSapi: Doesn't work on Vista/7.
NeoVoice from Chromebandit: Can't Stop/Pause/Resume.
MatSpeak: Doesn't work on 7.

If someone know one or want to make one, I am ready.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the link, the problem is that when I execute the code vbs from Neobook, then it wait before it is finished. I can't push any other button to stop or pause... It is like the vbs code is focus. Maybe there is an other solution?

Thanks

You can use the folowing commands using NeoVoice

SAPI.SpVoice Properties:

.Pause = pause speaking....

.resume = resume after pause....

.Rate = speed at which voice speaks ....

.Voice = you can use set and a voice value to change the voice

.Volume = volume of voice ......

.WaitUntilDone = wait until done ....

try it out if you cant get further let me now you have my skype i will help you out

Regards

Hi,

Sorry, it doesn't work. Always when I call the script, Neobook wait until the script is finished and then it continues to run actions.

Thanks
