PLUGIN UPDATED: tmPOP3
Registered Users can download a new version of TmPOP3 plugin, with a action to make attachments of an email easily to retrieve. Example 10 shows that.

I tried it out and it seems to work.
It does assume that the folder c:\tests is where the attachment is going to download to.
