Helper plugins for complex standard actions

Inspired by this discussion:

It will be interesting to check out if it is possible to make a design-time only plugin. Only a NBP but no NBR. The NBP should not be packed.

I was thinking of a new sort of helper-plugin.
It is not registered directly for a command-name, only as a helper plugin for this command on design-time. (Extension NBH for example)
All action tabs have a right-click popup-menu.
There would a new menuitem called 'Edit with ...' which open a sub-menu with all registered helper plugins for this command.
If no helper-plugin for the command is registered the menu-item is grayed out.
When one of the helper gets choosen the plugin-helper-dialog is started and it behaves like a standard edit-wizard,
but it does not replace the original command-name. The double-click always invoke the original wizard.

Example:
Code: Select all
hpwBrowserExecScript "WebBrowser1" "text=[#34]Hello from NeoBook![#34];|document.write(text);" "JavaScript"

When entered as a new action it is choosen from the helper-plugin's command list and results in the original command-name.

Just an idea.
Not sure if it is worth the required work.

Would this be an alternate wizard interface for certain actions?

Inpired by the discussion for flash and the used 'BrowserExecScript' it could be a wizard which had more options for the used script-language.

For example support for the commands of Luis powerflash commands.
