Remote Control Another PC - tmRemoteControl

Image

tmRemoteControl is a suite of 2 plugins for remote control another PC over a Lan (or Internet). Mouse clicks are enabled. You can send text commands to another PC and perform actions based on that texts. Very useful for remote PC monitoring. File transfers can be activated. Passwords can be set to enable/disable Server Plugin. Can be used to build parental or employees monitoring. Can capture screenshots from remote computers. tmRemoteControl works better over a internal LAN structure, but can be used on Internet IP to IP connections.

- Control remote computer via mouse clicks
- Send text to another application
- Send messages to perform remote functions
- Save remote computer screen
- Get remote computer information
- many more.

2 Plugins: Server and Client. You can use another plugins on server, like tmSysInfo, to produce powerful monitoring systems. Open a lot of possibilities to Neobook developers.

Congratulations. It is very helpful. Is it possible to restart and to turn off the remote PC? And some more functions for an internet cafe maybe....

Hi,

This plugin is real innovative.

I did some tests with the supplied examples and had some problems.

I have a LAN and installed the server application in one PC and run one of the Client samples in other PC.

When I press start client the server reports there is 1 connection and reports Socket ON. (server screen appears in client)

If I try to use any of the other options then Socket goes OFF and the magic is gone. After this I can not do anything.

The server application must be terminated with Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Any other users testing this plugin?

Saludos,

beno

If the Sockett goes OFF could be a trial limitation. Plugin only runs for 1 or 2 minutes.

This plugin was extensively tested, but, as i said in the user guide, the possible scenarios for consider as huge.

Hi Alberto,

I recongize the hard and valuable work you do.

Same way your plugins are among the most innovative for NeoBook.

Yes, I´m running the trial mode.

1 or 2 minutes to test?, phew! I have to improve my Seepdy Gonzalez skills!

I would recommend that a 1-2 minute popping nagging screen reminding is enough to protect your work. I sincerely need time to test drive any plugin and later I would happily pay for it. Just a recommendation.

Keep up the good work.

After post, I realize that time was ridiculous small. I put 10 minutes to test, in each compile. 10 minutes is ok for each compile session. Sorry.

Please download it again.

Thanks

PS: for some type of plugins, nags screens will not enough. People use your plugin to do a task, for 5 minutes, then shutt off the app, after do the job, never registering. You buy my plugins when you like it, i know, you are a very good customer, but dozens not. cheers

Hi Alberto,

I made a test creating a publication running the Server and Client in the same publication.

I ran this in two computers simulating a chat system.

Everything seems nice.

Just curiosity: Do you think there could be a possible problem running both Server and Client in the same publication?

TIA,

They was coded to allow it. I don´t see any problem using the both on same computer. I use TCP protocol to transport the packets, so it is reliable, instead of UDP, wich is designed to be fast, but not reliable. This is the big difference betwen the 2.

Cheers
