Hello All,

I had posted a small (and incomplete) sample about Cards and Drag & drop.

it can be downloaded at:
http://www.specialapps.software-zone.co ... cards1.pub

Sample use NeoCapScreen Plugin in order to capture card image.
It can be downloaded at:
http://www.specialapps.software-zone.co ... Screen.nbp

You can use HPWImage plugin for the same purpose.

Enjoy it

Hi David. Thanks for posting this.

Couple things. The plugin doesn't seem to install right and I think there is an issue with MIME types on the web server (it attempted to load the .pub file as a document, for example). Could you put up a .zip or .cab file for us to use? I would like to see this pub in action.

Hi David,
first of all: it is great that we are able now to use the cards.dll for neobook applications.
Just one more question:
Do you know a simple way to change the card images in the cards.dll and use it in the plugin? When I try to replace cards.dll in the windows directory, it is immediately replaced by windows. I have however changed the images in the cards.dll with reshack. Or does the plugin look for a cards.dll in the [pubdir]-directory?

hi all,
thanks anyway, but I found the solution: the plugin looks for a cards32.dll with exactly the same size as the original in [pubdir]. So you have to hack the bitmaps with ResHack from http://www.programmersheaven.com/downlo ... nload.aspx in order to get your own carddeck in the NB program

I could not get this to work before. Now that you post, I tried again. I get an error when attempting to install the plugin:

The dynamic link library IJL15.DLL could not be found in the path.

Am I missing something on my computer? I have Win2000 workstation.

Hi Dpayer,
as David states in his post Jan 2nd, the sample pub uses also the Capture Plugin which can be downloaded at http://www.specialapps.software-zone.co ... Screen.zip
There the missing file is in the zip archive.

Hope that helps

Hi AlfB:

You can create your own cards resource as you need... I tryed to use cards32.dll Library as standart service.

Hi DavidP:

I checked my plugin neocapscreen produces a small "memory leak".
Please, replace this function with Hans Peter services in order to capture the object image and handle it.

Code must be some like this:

GetObjectHandle "Rectangulo1" "[handle]"
hpwGetObjRect "[Handle]" "[TX1]" "[TY1]" "[TX2]" "[TY2]"
hpwScreenShot "[TX1]" "[TY1]" "[TX2]" "[TY2]" "[PUBDIR]image.bmp"

My devaluated cent,
