tmNetImage ** New Plugin **

Postby Alberto_Meyer » Mon Jul 17, 2006 3:14 pm

tmNetImage Plugin can download and display JPEG, GIF, BMP images from a HTTP server. Very useful for create display banners rotators or display any king of graphic information from the web. Download direct to plugin.

PS: while the updates are more complex releases are in a row to release, I´m uploading some new stuff, that was done some time ago. More to come.

Hi Al, checkin out your new releases...

Dumb question, as I'm sure I've overlooked something, but how does this differ from loading a remote image into a web browser object?

Cheers

Too less system overhead. Much more speed. etc, etc. All the software that use banner rotations use this schema. It´s to much system stress put a web browser in action just to retrieve an image.

Alberto

Any possibility that this plugin could be made to either fit image to the rectangle or add scroll bars?

Would be nice feature.

Thanks

Yes, sure. In the next 2 days I will be very busy because of some updates and new releases, but after that i can make it easily, for sure. I did not do now to not change the focus on present stuff (audio stream fir a customer and some updates for the regular users).

First things First. Get to when you can.

As a preference, fitting to rectangle would be preferred. And keep ratio (aspect) would be even better.

Thanks
