Changed compiler to delphi 7
Wizards now compatibel look with neobook 5.6
New Lisp-Editor-Wizards based on a new color memo component.
Config file now newLISP.ini instead of newLISP.cfg
Changed *.lsp demo files for newLISP 9.9.96 or the upcoming newLISP 10

The ZIP contains 2 Files:

PubViewer.EXE (Ready to run Viewer)
PubViewerExtEditor (neobook call-function file to config an external editor for direct open the generated view-file)

New variable in neobook [NEWLISPDIR] readed from enviroment-var NEWLISPDIR from newLISP-install.

This make it easier to use the separate newLISP distribution directly.

Just test the 2.31 release on the vista laptop of my son.
The enviroment reading seems not to work there.
So do not use 2.31 on vista!

I have to investigate.
