If the polar bears are not still sleeping, it would be nice if some of the excellent NB plugins developed in Russia could be posted to the Resource Center. Google translations of functions would suffice. If there is interest, translations of helpfiles or wizards may follow.

We have in our special section for plug-ins. You can always find something that interests you.
It is true we do not have popular program NeoBook. For Russia it is probably just very expensive. Nevertheless, people are interested.
Plugins basically we make a site administrator Peter for free and on request, for which he was most grateful.
Garik was doing, but lately he has evidently lost interest. There was another man, aliyah, but also on the Forum is no longer visible.
So we have with this case is not as widely as supplied by you.
We translate your plugins and use them as needed.

Пропал не интерес, а скорее время.
Весна - лето, рыбалки пошли, да и работы много, на компик совсем времени не остаётся.

So is it some sort of concise list of plugins? I've seen a couple around here and they seem to be pretty nice so I decided to google translate my way into the russian forum but its just not letting me through the validation...

There are some decent plugins, but the tricky part is to translate plugin and help materials into English right so you could use it (we are working on it). And since nb doesnt support Unicode, you cannot translate by yourself because ansi win-1251 characters are unreadable unless you enable and install this locale and codepage support in OS language settings.
You may find a link to forum section with plugins above. Most of them are just translated versions of english plugins, so maybe it's a good idea to prepare a separate list of original plugins made by russian authors.
If you need any support feel free to contact me or Peter.
