How I can know if a network card is downloading data?

Hi to all.

Someone tell me how I can know if a network card is downloading data? I mean a plugin, function, sample pub... I need to know the number of bytes per second that are being downloaded.

I can handle this without problems if I download a file, because I calculate the file size, download time, etc.. But the problem is if the card is busy downloading data network (eg streaming).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I would attack this prob by adapting a VBS script that can query your network card via the WMI.

Here is a link. You will need to adapt for NB.

Yes, that was the first idea, but... virger tell me a good advise: "Use DOS Command netstat".

I think that the problem is solved.

Anyway thank's!
