Sometimes it is necessary that the user does not know what to use the database.
If you create a database does not specify an extension, or replace it for example on the dll, then the team can not determine dbpOpenDatabase database format.

Team dbpOpenAccessDatabase opens such files.

This is me in the future. To know.

The file extension can be either .mdb or .accdb. If any other extension is used then the database is assumed to be .mbd format.
