SQLite error...

Postby David de Argentina » Wed Jul 31, 2013 12:24 am

Hi all,

I'm doing a program that read the Google Chrome Cookies Database.

Databases are in SQLite Format, and using NeoBookDBPro with the SQLite ODBC driver, can be readed fine.

Each time i try to change any cookie value, I receive this error:

"Some values may have been changed since it was last read"

And the field does not accept the changes.

After googled this error, i found the solution in another database format (like MySQL) change the adLockOptimistic (aka "Option=3") for adLockPesimistic (aka "Option=2")

I didn't find any about LockType property with SQLite.
Does any know how to ?

Thanks in advance,

I don't have much experience with SQLite, but that error can occur with other databases with table that do not have a primary key field. After you make an edit the db is unable to locate the record where the data should be posted.
