Check for EOF as ExecSQL

Postby asawyer13 » Fri Apr 15, 2011 5:03 am

I searched here but didn't see this question, so I will ask it now.

Using mdb file. I issue a dbpExecSQL first, then a dbpFieldToVar after but if no records are returned I get a DB1 database is empty message.

Can't quite figure out how to tell that my QueryResults is empty.

Do I need to do another query and count the records and put it into a variable or something or is there a simpler way?

Thanks,
Alan

I knew if I posted the question, that I would find the answer right away.

I believe the $RecCount variable is the answer, so I'm testing it now.
