Locked Access db

Postby sakismorGR » Sat Sep 27, 2008 6:32 am

Is it possible to have a better way to encrypt or to lock an Access db than a code? I would like to start make a software but I really want to lock my db so none collect my data. I think that only the code isn't a trust way.
Any other options?

I suppose you could encrypt your data before writing it to the database, then unencrypt it when reading using something like the rtProtectMgt plug-in. This won't work if you need to display data in a grid, but if you just need to use the data behind the scenes then it would probably work well.
