NBDBPro and MySQL

Postby beno » Wed Feb 06, 2008 7:06 pm

Hi,

I´m working on a project that connects to a MySQL in my webserver.

My publication connects fine to the MySQL database but after some short time, say 20 seconds, this message appears in a window:

Error:
[MySQL][OBDC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-4.1.20-standard]MySQL server has gone away

After this my publication can not use the database.

Mmmh, I started working on this program in October and this did not happened... as far as I remember... then I left this program and now (time has passed, there has been some NBDPro upgrades) this appears.

Is this connected to NBDBPro?
Is the problem my server?

Ideas?

Thanks for your help,

beno

Hi,

Dismiss this thread... the problem is in my server. It seems it disconnects the database. But there is a MySQL (wait_timeout) to control this.

Sorry...
