Opening browsers in script

I have a script that I am trying to run.

It opens a browser to install an app, then I'd like to to open another window to install another app (different URL)

If "[CheckBox4]" "=" "checked"
.InternetLink "http://XXXXX/Inspections/publish.htm"
Run "!C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" "http://XXXXXX/Inspections/publish.htm" "Wait" "" ""
Delay "500"
Else
If "[CheckBox5]" "=" "checked"
DOSCommand "msiexec" " /i G:\XXXXXXX.msi" "RunOnce+Wait"
Else
If "[CheckBox6]" "=" "checked"
.InternetLink "http://XXXXXX:19005/LSO/index.html"
Run "!C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" "http://XXXXXX:19005/LSO/index.html" "Wait" "" ""
Else

It works on the first browser open, and then fails.

What I'd like to do is open the browser to install an app, then close the browser and have the script open the browser to another link.

Ideas? thoughts?

Else
If "[CheckBox4]" "=" "checked"
.InternetLink "http://XXXXX/Inspections/publish.htm"
Run "!C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" "http://XXXXXX/Inspections/publish.htm" "Wait" "" ""
Else
If "[CheckBox5]" "<>" "checked"
GotoLine "Next "If "[CheckBoxX]" "<>" "checked" statement ""
Else
If "[CheckBox5]" "=" "checked"
DOSCommand "msiexec" " /i G:\XXXXXXX.msi" "RunOnce+Wait"
Else
If "[CheckBox6]" "<>" "checked"
GotoLine "Next "If "[CheckBoxX]" "<>" "checked" statement "
If "[CheckBox6]" "=" "checked"
.InternetLink "http://XXXXXX:19005/LSO/index.html"
Run "!C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" "http://XXXXXX:19005/LSO/index.html" "Wait" "" ""
