List Box Highlight Item in different Colour

HI All,

I am creating a pub that I need to list events to the user that are due within the next month.

This is not the issue, I create a List Box, add the items that are due and the user can select and go direct to the event.

What I would like to do is add a different colour for items in the List Box that have greater urgency, say 7 days!

Ideally this is how I would like to show this to the user but in the same List Box.

I can achieve this by using other methods but If it's possible to do with the List Box, it makes it very easy to produce the list and also for the user to scroll through, select and go direct to the highlighted event, as well as all the others too.

Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve this or if it's just not possible any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks in advance as always,

Paul

There isn't any way to do that with a listbox, but here are some suggestions:

1. Put the items into the listbox in order of importance with the most urgent items at the top.

2. If the number of items is limited, you could use push buttons to display them instead. You can use variables or the SetObjectCaption action to set the button text. You could then use the SetObjectFont or SetObjectFill to highlight items that are important.

Puedes probar con un objeto navegador...

Google translate:

You can try a web object .. I hope you serve the following example:

Many Thanks for the suggestions.

I quite like the web object idea and will probably give that a try.
