Run In Rectangle ???

I am running an EXE within a Rectangle.

I have the Rectangle off screen (off the pub page).

It executes fine, but upon starting up, it briefly pops up in front of NeoBook.

Why does this happen?

I thought that it is an all or nothing, meaning that if an app (EXE) will run within the Rectangle, because some won't let you do that, that I wouldn't see it "pop up" when it's started.

I think that the EXE must first start it own form.
In neobook a routine does wait that the form appear to capture it and move it to the rectangle. This may need a very little time, but may cause the flicker.

As long we can not config the EXE to start at a specific screen location, this will be a problem.
When you are the author of the EXE you might be able to do such.
