hpwUtility - Tab Control

Postby sghosh » Sun Oct 30, 2011 11:00 am

To Hans Peter:
While using hpwUtility-(Tab Control), I came across in a position to add Tab pages dynamically(At Runtime). Is there any such way by which tabs may be constructed with supplied string?
As 'hpwTabAppend' ...

Hello,
Sorry, Somehow figured out they way of implementing it. Saving tab names to a file, then a fileread and storing the value in a variable and using hpwTabControlSetTabList.
Eg.
Code: Select all
InputBox "New Tab" "Enter new tab caption" "[TabIns]"
Setvar "[Tabs]" "[Tabs][#13][TabIns]"
hpwTabControlSetTabList "Rectangle1" "[Tabs]" "" "" "" "Rectangle1" [Tabs]" "" "" ""

Thank you

Hello,

Glad you find a solution for your problem.
Not sure why you need a file.
You can use a variable with the list of tabs.
