Hi everybody

I will appreciate your help. Is there any way to do drag over the pointer of the NeoBookDX/media player and goes back and forth within a movie file?

Yes, you can link the media player's position to a Track Bar object. The sample "DX Media Player 5.pub" included with NeoBookDX demonstrates how this is done. Basically, the steps are:

1. Create a Track Bar and set it's variable (to store track bar value) to the DX media player's position variable. For example:

[Player1.Position]

2. In the Track Bar's "Value Changed" action insert the following:

dxSetPosition "[Player1]" "[Player1.Position]" "Milliseconds"

3. After opening a media file, set the maximum value for the Track Bar to match the length of the media:

dxOpenFile "[Player1]" ...
TrackBarSetMax "TrackBar1" "[Player1.Length]"
